Description Housekeeping Team Members (“Haus’keepers”) play an essential role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all Gravity Haus members and guests. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to Gravity Haus standards. Haus’keepers are expected to work efficiently and independently, completing their daily room assignments with minimal oversight, while embodying the Gravity Haus values of service, community, and excellence. Housekeeper II consistently meets or exceeds productivity and quality standards. This role works independently, handles more complex assignments, and supports overall team efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Perform detailed cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, replenishing linens and amenities, and ensuring overall room readiness. - Maintain cleanliness of hallways, common areas, and service spaces as assigned. - Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and guest concerns promptly to supervisors. - Follow established procedures for the safe use of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment. - Restock housekeeping carts daily and ensure...
