Parenting Line Practitioner - Maximum Term contract ending 30 June 2027 - Onsite in Kensington - 60.8 hours per fortnight - Shiftwork required ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking dedicated and passionate Parenting Line Practitioners who aspire to provide support to WA parents and carers in child development and parenting information. DUTIES: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Support families with parenting their children (0-18 years) utilising family partnerships and strengths-based approaches. - Provide evidence-based child development information and evidence informed parenting strategies to support families with their parenting queries and concerns. - Assist families to connect with services and resources that will support them in their parenting journey. ABOUT YOU: The successful candidate will hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) together with the following: - Qualifications in Child Health Nursing, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Counsellor, Psychologists, or similar disciplines. - Experience working with families with babies and young children. - Exper...
