We are currently seeking a passionate and strategic eCommerce Activation Manager to support the development of eCommerce and quick commerce channels in Poland in alignment with Sales and Trade strategy. Summary: This role supports the development of eCommerce and quick commerce channels in Poland by coordinating digital trade activations, managing platform relationships in cooperation with KAMs, and optimizing online execution. The position works at the intersection of Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, and Digital, ensuring best-in-class online visibility and commercial activation of brands across partner platforms. Core Responsibilities: - Support the development of eCommerce and quick commerce channels in Poland in alignment with Sales and Trade strategy. - Co-create annual channel plans together with KAM and Trade Marketing. - Manage preset activation budget within eRetail clients. - Coordinate relationships with key platforms and retailers in partnership with KAMs. - Support negotiations on listings, promotions, and visibility (in c...
