The Manager, AI & Automation must be a self-starter, a strategic thinker, and have a strong service-oriented mindset that encourages continuous improvement of services, productivity and performance across the organization. This role will lead the practical adoption of Artificial Intelligence and automation tools across the organization. The Manager will focus on identifying, prioritizing, and deploying low-risk, business-focused AI solutions that rapidly improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making. Reporting to the VP, Technology, this role will operate as part of a small, agile AI “SWAT Team”, delivering measurable efficiency gains while ensuring appropriate governance, security, and ownership standards are maintained.
