Compensation : $100,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience, plus eligibility for a performance bonus. Schedule : Monday through Friday. The Opportunity As an Area Manager , you’ll support a defined portfolio of properties to drive financial performance, operational excellence, and outstanding resident satisfaction. You’ll support and develop on-site teams, execute market strategies, ensure compliance, and act as a key partner to regional leadership. This role is a high-impact leadership position where you’ll influence multiple properties while coaching and mentoring property leaders.
