Job Description: Claims & Customer Relations Specialist UPS Capital Europe, Warsaw, Poland: We are looking for a claims and customer relations administrator to provide first-line support to customers by managing incoming CRM cases and handling inbound calls. The role is focused on delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to customer queries, ensuring a high standard of service and resolution.
