Job description

Amentum is seeking an Electronic Technician to support the Space Force Range contract. Key Responsibilities: - Performs operating duties and routine maintenance functions involving the installation of various range equipment - Performs cable pulling, wire terminating, equipment mounting, front panel control adjustments, indicator lamp replacement, lubrication, equipment inspection, and cleaning of measuring devices - Performs configuration, troubleshooting, and testing using communication and other electronic test equipment. Also completes adjustments, repairs, and fabrication of spare pieces of equipment - Remove and replaces plug-in components - Responsible for fiber-optic distributions - Assists other technicians, SMEs, and engineers in completing maintenance and engineering tasks - Maintains records and reports status - Perform other related duties for general L2 Depot maintenance as assigned - Perform other duties/cross utilization as assigned.
