Job Description Summary Responds to service calls to evaluate, diagnose, perform repair/planned maintenance (PM) on progressively complex customer's biomedical equipment, and drives customer satisfaction through Service Excellence. This is a remote role that requires the candidate to work onsite at our customer location(s). To provide onsite customer support, candidate will need to be available to work in the Hinsdale/DuPage County IL area.
