Job The Senior Software Engineer is a senior technical hands-on role with an emphasis primarily on delivering high quality code and solutions as an individual contributor. Responsible for the end to end delivery of complex features, acting as a technical mentor. What You’ll Do: Mobile Development: Deliver high-quality, robust code on the Simpro mobile platform (Ionic, Capacitor, Angular) at a high cadence, shipping multiple times per week. Take full ownership of features from problem statement to production with minimal hand-holding. AI-First Engineering: Leverage AI tools (Claude, Copilot) as a core part of your daily workflow to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and solve complex problems faster. AI-first is not optional — it's how this team operates. Innovation: Work in small autonomous pods of 1–2 engineers, forming around work items as they flow into the collective. Bring ideas to the table and make independent decisions that move things forward without waiting for perfect information.
