Position Summary: ANSER is seeking a Senior Cyber Workforce Analyst to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. In this role you will provide subject matter expertise in cyber workforce policy, governance, recruitment, retention, and professional development programs supporting DoD cyber workforce initiatives. In this role you will conduct research and policy analysis, develop recommendations for senior leadership, and help integrate cyber workforce programs into strategic plans and enterprise-level implementation efforts.
