Originally focused on the underground coal mining industry, Matrix has expanded into new industrial markets in the United States and globally. We are currently seeking an Industrial Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing support to Matrix customers regarding installation, technical support, field service, training, and startup of all company industrial products and systems. The priorities of this position are to provide top-notch customer service and promote Matrix products. The candidate must be a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work alone or in a small team. This position is based out of our home office in Newburgh, IN. This is not a remote position. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Field Operations.
