Job description

The Director of Projects & Aftermarket Services – EMEA is a senior leadership role responsible for the successful execution, profitability, and customer satisfaction of all capital projects and aftermarket service activities across the EMEA region. This role owns the end-to-end delivery lifecycle—from project handover and execution through installation, commissioning, service support, upgrades, and lifecycle services—while driving operational excellence, margin improvement, and a strong safety and quality culture. What you will do: Define and execute the EMEA Project and Aftermarket Services strategy aligned with wider enterprise objectives. Own on-time, on-budget, and margin-positive execution of all regional projects. Lead and grow the aftermarket services business including field services, spares, and service contracts. Maintain full responsibility for projects and services in EMEA. Act as executive sponsor for key and strategic customer accounts.
