Full Time Time Day Shift - TriHealth Good Sam Hospital Location: 375 Dixmyth Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45220 Job Overview: As a Staffing Coordinator for the Good Samaritan Float Pool , this role is accountable to leadership for the daily operations of the Supplemental Staffing Office. The position ensures safe and effective staffing by reviewing and analyzing staffing data submitted by nursing units to verify appropriate staffing levels and skill mix in accordance with established nurse ‑ to ‑ patient staffing guidelines. Working collaboratively with Nurse Managers, Assistant Nurse Managers, and Charge Nurses, the Staffing Coordinator allocates and reallocates nursing resources across units to meet patient care needs on a 24 ‑ hour basis, supporting operational efficiency, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.
