We are currently seeking a committed individual to serve as a Patient Eligibility Coordinator , working directly within one of our partner hospital facilities. This is more than an administrative role; it is a hands-on opportunity to support patients at some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives. Many of the individuals you will meet are uninsured or underinsured, uncertain of how to access care, and overwhelmed by the complexities of our healthcare system. Your role will be to guide them with clarity, patience, and dignity through the process of obtaining coverage. The Patient Eligibility Coordinator serves as a knowledgeable and trusted resource, helping patients understand their options and navigate enrollment in federal and state assistance programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA Marketplace plans.
