What You’ll Be Doing: The Bilingual Sales Representative is primarily responsible for quoting and closing insurance policies for inbound warm leads received via phone and digital submission. - Handle inbound warm leads received via phone and digital submission from Spanish and English-speaking prospects. - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their requirements. - Ensure a seamless customer experience by guiding customers through the sales process, including coverage options, policy terms and pricing. - Close sales by effectively addressing questions, concerns and objections. - Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products to maximize customer value across the Mindr Co. family of brands. - Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. - Utilize Breathe Easy technology systems, including quoting softwa...
