Your Role @ CHANEL As part of the Direct-to-Consumer Department for the Fragrance & Beauty Division , you will collaborate with the CRM Manager and CRM Specialist . Your mission is to support initiatives that leverage client data to enhance engagement and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Client Data Management: Assist in maintaining and optimizing client databases, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns. - Engagement Campaigns: Support the execution of personalized mailings and emailings based on behavioral and transactional data. - Client Acquisition & Retention: Contribute to strategies aimed at expanding the client base and improving retention metrics. Loyalty Program Support: - Assist in monitoring and analyzing loyalty program performance (enrollment, engagement, redemption rates). - Provide insights to optimize loyalty initiatives and strengthen client relationships.
