Job Description: The Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) provides Test & Evaluation (T&E) for various systems including Cross Domain Solutions. A Cross Domain Solution (CDS) is a form of controlled interface that provides the ability to manually and/or automatically access and/or transfer information between different security domains. A CDS is categorized as one of three types: Access, Transfer, or Multi-Level. Access solutions provide access to computing platforms, applications, or data residing on different security domains from a single device, which allows for visualization of information across multiple security domains from a single workstation.
