Your mission, roles and responsibilities: Your profile and competencies to succeed - Backup of HR Manager’s tasks - Participation on Plant TOP5 and TC TOP5 - Implementation of related group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations - Maintenance and updating of personnel records of employees (both physically and electronically) - Start of employment and employment termination procedures (coordination with all departments involved) - Employment contract (all different alternatives) and all related documents preparation, maintenance - Temporary contracts agenda (DPP, DPČ) - Employee database and files maintenance, personnel data protection - Monitoring and reporting of emplyoees’ turnover - Payroll – closure preparation – PWK, Globalview, regular communication with Saitech, salary review and OAR preparation, monthly Metis Data preparation and tracking, communication with division controller departement - Collection of all relevant information in line with GDPR from attandence system to prepare data for monthly salaries calculation - Main...
