Supply Solution/Transition Manager

Job description

Role Summary We are seeking a Solution/Transition Manager to lead the deliveries for a Supply Chain Finance (SCF) platform—a global technology solution supporting Payables Finance (Reverse Factoring), Dynamic Discounting, Receivables Purchase, Distributor/Dealer Finance, and Inventory/PO Finance. You will own discovery, solution design, roadmap planning, delivery governance, and customer adoption across greenfield implementations and enhancement programs. Partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success, you will translate business outcomes into scalable, compliant, and high-performing SCF solutions, leveraging integrations with ERPs, payment rails, e-invoicing networks, bureaus, GL/ERP systems, and KYC/AML utilities.
