Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership: Act as the primary advisor to the CEO and Board on capital allocation, margin optimization, and the long-term financial health of the institution. Treasury & Capital Management: Manage the institutions liquidity, funding strategy, and capital structure. You will lead the transition from wholesale funding to a more diversified and optimized banking-grade balance sheet. Reporting & Internal Controls: Oversee the transition to advanced regulatory reporting frameworks (COREP/FINREP).
