Working alongside services operations capability leads, you will ensure that processes and tools deliver impeccable service to the organization, while defining and executing resourcing plans that drive efficient performance. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: You will own the Employee Experience for Iberia (Spain & Portugal), serving as the vital link between local business teams and our shared services center. Your mission: continuously elevate how employees experience our organization — driving self-service adoption, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring our People Services strategy delivers real impact locally. You will lead and develop a team of PE professionals, personally handle the most sensitive employee relations cases, and represent Iberia in North West Europe forums.
