Job description

We are searching for a Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will develop, plan, and delivers evidence-based assessment and therapy services to youth and families. Assesses patient response to treatment and adjusts treatment plan accordingly. Coordinates care with other behavioral health providers and community-based services (e.g., pediatricians, schools). Job Duties & Responsibilities: Provides evidence-based and developmentally appropriate screenings, assessments, and developmentally appropriate screenings, assessment, and focused psychotherapy in accordance with patient’s/family’s individual and cultural differences. Provides mental/behavioral health screenings/assessments via structured diagnostic interviewing and administration of evidence-based and developmentally appropriate measures to identify presenting symptoms, diagnostic impressions, recommendations, and specific treatment goals.
