The year will count as one year toward non-probationary status if the teacher receives a rating of "Effective" or higher on the end of year LEAP evaluation. The teacher will be placed on the appropriate step and lane on the salary scale if able to secure a lead teaching position upon completion of the Associate Teacher role. About this job: An associate teacher assists the lead teacher in the classroom by supporting lesson delivery, managing student activities, and helping with grading and assessments.
