The Cyber Planning Specialist plays a critical role in enabling the success of GCS to plan, deliver and improve cyber security resilience for the Wesfarmers Group. The role supports the Group CISO in developing, maintaining and reporting on the strategic plan, portfolio performance and delivery outcomes. - Full-time permanent role, can be based in Melbourne or Sydney. What you’ll do: Reporting to our Group CISO, this role will: - Partner with GCS to develop, refresh, and maintain the GCS Strategy, multi-year roadmap, and annual operating plan ensuring clarity of priorities and dependencies - Manage the Group Cyber Portfolio, ensuring visibility of all initiatives, dependencies, risks, budgets, and outcomes - Produce concise, data-driven reporting on portfolio outcomes, achievements, resource utilisation, maturity uplift, and performance - Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting artefacts and maintain a single source of truth for performance metrics - Continuously improve and implement templates, dashboards, and automations that streamline planning, reporting, and approvals for real-time visibility and management - Ensure that cyber strategic initiatives adhere to g...
