Job DetailsJob Location: Oklahoma City Office - Oklahoma City, OK 73102Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Job Shift: DayThe Financial Analyst, Capital Development, provides critical financial and analytical support for the upstream business unit's major capital projects, including new well development, drilling programs, and infrastructure expansion. This role is responsible for the performance tracking and planning that informs multi million dollar investment decisions. Key Responsibilities: Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to prepare and manage the annual capital expenditure (CapEx) plan and provide ongoing forecasts. Monitor project spending and flag any significant variances to plan. Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports that track project performance against plan and original investment metrics. Provide clear, concise analysis and commentary for management.
