Position Summary: In 2026, the DNC is launching a first-of-its-kind national partisan voter registration program to close registration gaps among key constituencies and expand the electorate ahead of upcoming elections. The DNC’s flagship VR initiative is a paid national youth fellowship program, When We Count, to train the next generation of organizers to register voters on-the-ground in their communities. This program is launching first in the battleground states of Arizona and Nevada. Regional Managers will directly manage teams of When We Count paid fellows to reach ambitious voter registration goals using a variety of in person, digital, and relational tactics. This position will report to the in-state Voter Registration Program Manager. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Travel : This position will require travel within the state of Arizona/Nevada.
