URM Stores, Inc. is looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to join our facilities team based in Spokane, WA. The ideal candidate must have extensive mechanical skills to perform a variety of tasks related to commercial and industrial building maintenance/repair and upkeep. This positions shift will be a 5/8 Graveyard schedule of: 1) Sunday - Thursday 11pm to 730am Your Day-to-Day: - Maintaining and repairing electrical equipment. - Maintaining and repairing building assets including dock plates, doors, wrappers, and racking. - Maintaining and repairing commercial and domestic refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners. - Locating and repairing defects in electrical control systems and equipment. - Reading schematic control diagrams, blueprints and working from sketches. - Operate, maintain, and repair gas & electric heating and cooling systems - Perform overall maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds and equipment. - Maintain Refrigeration, HVAC and boilers. - Perform scheduled and timely preventive maintenance. - Maintain a clean...
