SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE: The In-House Production Coordinator - (Cut & Sew / Floor Support) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of in-house production, including scheduling, material movement, system processing, QC inspection, flow gating, and labor tracking to meet departmental output goals and adapt to day-to-day changes. Within the Cut & Sew Department , this role also provides floor support to Department Managers by distributing, organizing, and sorting work, as well as assigning tasks to sewers under the direction of management to ensure an efficient workflow from start to finish.
