Job Details Under direction of Food Service Supervisor, Food Service Manager, Production Manager, or Executive Chef, the Lead Food Service Associate to ensure quality and oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of our front and back house facilities. The individual may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities for additional Food Service Associates. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary based on business needs. Job Description: Hours: 11:30am-7:30pm. Essential Functions: Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. Trains, oversees, and guides Food Service staff on job duties and proper safety and sanitation procedures. (30%) Maintains Nutrition office records including patient census and meal counts. Checks patient tray at the service line for accuracy, cleanliness, appearance, and compliance to patient's menu choices or tray cards. (20%) Visits patients to monitor patient satisfaction, explain menu selection, describe diet prescription, and discuss food preferences.
