Job Description: Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High Voltage Protection Engineer to design, analyze, and test protection systems for medium- and high-voltage electrical systems. This role requires expertise in power systems protection, electrical safety standards, and hands-on experience with power conversion systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and optimize protection systems for medium and high-voltage electrical systems interconnected to low-voltage based power conversion systems via medium-voltage transformers. Perform power system studies (e.g., short circuit analysis, protection coordination, arc flash hazard analysis) in compliance with industry standards. Conduct electrical testing on medium- and high-voltage equipment in accordance with industry standards, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Perform failure analysis and validation for interconnected power converters products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability, safety, and performance.
