This candidate has a "Yes" mentality, strong attention to detail, proactive nature & is an organized leader, who is excited for new challenges. Someone with strong experience in building a book of business and driving top line revenue & willingness to create comprehensive care plans will excel in this role. While we have a strong clientele base, we are looking to grow & the ideal candidate will facilitate engaging existing & past clients, while aiding the GM & Marketing manager with marketing campaigns to get new business and grow the membership base. This leader will coach, mentor & guide the department and the team of estheticians currently on staff. Engaging on social media and building marketing campaigns is a must as is strong follow up with leads and first time clients.
