Schedule: Supplemental hours - Evening Shift (0-24 hours per week, hours vary between 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm)) Work Location: West Hospital: Department Supported: Food and Nutrition Services Primary Responsibilities: Prepares, plates, serves, and transports food and supplies to provide a high level of satisfaction for patients, family members, physicians, team members, and the public. Responsible for timely, accurate, and courteous service. Responsible for associated sanitation, cleaning, and infection control practices to ensure food safety. Operates a variety of food service and computer equipment. Requirements: Preferred: With 15 hospitals, including seven with Magnet designation and eight with Pathways to Excellence designation, our team members are leading the way through excellence. - No experience is required. Prior food service experience is preferred. - Requires the ability to operate kitchen equipment. - Must be able to wear protective equipment/clothing required by the environment or government regulations such as gowns, gloves, goggles, rubber-soled closed-toe footwear, etc. - Requires adherence to local health regulations and safety requirements to produce safe food for co...
