Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 + bonus Expected Travel: Less than 10%: For more information on benefits and what we offer please visit us at https://www.exlservice.com/us-careers-and-benefits Strategic business management & coordination: - Coordinate monthly business reviews and strategic off-sites, coordinating with leaders across Client PODs, analytics, operations, and technology. Proactively tracked outcomes to ensure alignment and execution. - Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, project milestones, opportunity pipeline & provide SGU head with synthesized reports, highlighting emerging revenue risks, mitigation plan & growth opportunities - Prepare data-driven briefs, presentations, and analyses to facilitate effective and efficient decision-making by the SGU Head and leadership team. - Partner with Client POD leaders, operations, analytics & account teams for annual strategic account planning.
