Key Responsibilities: - Manage Salesforce to ensure accurate order, inventory, and customer data. - Monitor EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) signals on a daily basis. - Manage customer receipts, including completion of Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) and Goods Receipts (GRs). - Review failed EDI signals and investigate route causes. - Track, analyse, and report KPIs to reduce operational costs and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
