Description AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Wet Process Operator (Sander) who is looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and show a true sense of urgency. Essential Job Functions: - Perform job related tasks as instructed by supervisor. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. - Read and understand applicable Process Procedures and safety rules. - Perform any other tasks assigned by management. - Wet sand by hand using grit sand paper. - Set up and operate Jitterbug and Mass Semi-automatic with minimal supervision. - Use measuring devices such as eye loops and microscopes. - Visually inspect panel’s quality and make required adjustments. - Discontinue processing when a non-conforming condition is found and report it to management. - Perform all tasks and routine maintenance as required by Process Procedure. - Accurately complete all departmental quality and lot tracking documentation. - Assist other operators, when time allows.
