Description Interclypse is seeking a Financial Consultant to assist federal civilian agencies by providing financial management, accounting, and project management type capabilities. This role will require customer-facing collaboration focused on creating methodologies and approaches to prevent, detect, or correct audit concerns across the enterprise. This position is 100% onsite at the customer location. Responsibilities will consist of, but not limited to, the following: This project’s period of performance goes until 2029, and will enable team members the opportunity to potentially support other aspects of financial management based on the team’s wide-ranging responsibilities as needs arise (e.g., financial statements, internal controls, property accounting, audit liaison). - Reconcile budget authority issued to agency as directed by external bodies (e.g., Treasury, DoD) - Create budget line items and accounting templates - Support financial and budgetary, information technology, and operational transformation initiatives - Implement process improvement to eliminate accounting errors and influence a greater understanding of the budgetary process - Provide summary recommendations...
