Job Overview: Macy's Senior Reliability Maintenance Technicians use a combination of mechanical, electrical, computer, and software skills to work with smart technologies, such as robots, automated conveyor systems and computer-integrated distribution equipment. They serve as the SME and trainer for all equipment inside of the fulfillment center performing predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance on time to provide high levels of equipment availability. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week.
