Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Hybrid role: 3 days in-office (Tues - Thurs); 2 days remote (Mon & Fri) Location: Skokie, IL (60077) The Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the accounts payable function. This role focuses on the accurate and timely processing of invoices, including managing documents sent to the Bill.com inbox, transferring invoices from the AP Inbox to Bill.com, and assisting with AP‑related inquiries. The AP Specialist must be detail‑oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with Bill.com and invoice coding is strongly preferred.
