Responsibilities: The General Manager (GM) serves as the senior leader responsible for the overall performance, strategic direction, and operational delivery of an assigned MV Transportation location. This role ensures that contractual obligations are met, service quality consistently exceeds client expectations, and organizational standards are upheld across all functional areas. The GM sets the tone for safety, operational excellence, employee engagement, and financial stewardship while cultivating a strong partnership with the contracting agency and community stakeholders.
