We are seeking an exceptional Pastoral Lead to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a unique, split-role position designed for a practitioner who loves being in the classroom but is driven to make a systemic impact on student welfare and outcomes. This position is a 50/50 split, offering the perfect balance between strategic leadership and frontline teaching: · 0.5 FTE Pastoral Leadership: You will be the heartbeat of our student support system, serving as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and the Designated Teacher for Looked After Children (LAC). · 0.5 FTE Teaching & Cover: You will maintain your pedagogical craft by providing high-quality PPA and SLT cover across the school, ensuring consistency and excellence in the classroom Key Responsibilities: 1.
