WHAT YOU WILL BE OWNING: - Train and mentor all kitchen line associates with plate presentation, and skill they need to grow in their role. - Evaluate performance and direct your team with confidence. - Keep communication flowing between Kitchen Management and kitchen associates. - Take immediate ownership of problems as they arise-no waiting, no hand-offs mentality. - Ensure every plate is high quality, recipe-true, and expedited smoothly to all outlets. - Supervise the kitchen in the absence of Executive Chef's. - Maintain food temperatures records - Help set goals and standards that build the hotel's prestige and profitability.
