London – Therapist The role: AIRE is looking for a Massage Therapist to join our site in London, awarded as London’s Spa of the Year 2023, 2024 and 2025. You will join our team and be responsible to ensure clients' well-being by performing relaxing and cosmetic treatments following our established protocols. You'll also maintain our relaxation spaces in top condition with all the necessary materials for a perfect AIRE experience. Key responsibilities: Perform relaxing treatments, including body and facial treatments, as well as exfoliations, following AIRE’s established protocols and techniques for each. Communicate all relevant information about the treatment and the products used to the client, adhering to the provided manual and treatment protocols. Ensure consistency in providing the same experience when treatments are scheduled for couples and coordinate effectively with the partner therapist. Keep work areas clean and ready for customer experiences per company protocols. Supervise facility sanitation, product maintenance, and cleaning between treatments.
