YOUR MISSION AT VOI: As Sales Manager , you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and activating new clients across Europe for Voi Business, our new B2B vertical. In this role, you will report directly to our Head of New Business Development and own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and activation, and work hands-on to build pipeline, close deals and ensure early client success. You will combine new business acquisition with early-stage account ownership, contributing directly to revenue growth, client value and long-term partnerships. This will include: Owning the full sales cycle for a developing product, shaping the offering based on client feedback, and delivering consistent performance against clear revenue targets. Building and converting a strong pipeline of B2B clients across Europe, with a focus on Germany and Sweden. Driving onboarding and activation of new clients, ensuring early value realisation and a strong start to each partnership.
