Opportunity Overview: We are seeking a Compliance Reporting Program Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of compliance and regulatory reporting initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Compliance, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams to ensure reporting requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and executed accurately and on time. You will drive cross-functional alignment, manage reporting workflows, and support the delivery of both recurring and ad hoc reporting in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, highly collaborative environments and enjoys bringing structure, accountability, and operational rigor to critical reporting processes.
