Overview GCG Custom Engineered Solutions is currently seeking a Production Manager at our Leominster, MA Cable Assembly facility! We're seeking a strategic leader who can navigate the seas of operational excellence with finesse and flair. As the Production Manager, you’ll lead daily manufacturing operations for our assembly and test teams, from material preparation through shipment. You’ll oversee our Production Supervisors and Production Controls (planning, scheduling, and materials) to ensure on-time delivery, high quality, and efficient operations. Additionally, you’ll drive continuous improvement and support a safe, organized work environment.
