The Virginia Lottery, an independent state agency, is currently seeking a Finance Business Systems Analyst to join its Finance and Administration Department. This position is located in Richmond, Virginia. The Business Systems Analyst will analyze the business needs of the finance department to help identify business problems as well as implement new functionality.
