What you'll do: - Work on sell- and buy-side mandates with exposure to various industries - Involvement in all steps of the M&A process, ranging from financial analysis and modelling, to negotiations, marketing and legal processes - Work with different client groups, such as entrepreneurs, private equity firms and corporates - Conduct company and industry research - Prepare financial and valuation analyses About you: - Excellent educational background with a strong degree - Preferable relevant internships or work experience within Investment Banking, elite M&A boutique, Management Consultancy, or other advisory, or other work experiences demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a high focused team environment - Fluent in German and English - Great interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with a self-starter mentality and the ability to get things done - Experience in financial modelling with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong skills in col...
