Nashville, Tennessee Job Description: The Conflict Analyst is responsible for research and analysis of incoming business and ensuring ethical compliance of the Rules of Professional Responsibility. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines presented by the Rules of Professional Responsibility. Research incoming business and provide analysis based upon ethical rules. Provide potential conflicts issues and advise on potential resolutions for said issues. REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Juris Doctor: 1-2 years’ experience in the Risk Management field. Familiarity with rules governing conflicts of interest in relevant jurisdictions. Practical legal experience in a large corporate law firm. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Detailed knowledge of business needs in a professional service environment. Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Successful project management skills and experience.
