Role: Freight Forwarder: Location: Air & Sea Dublin Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 We are seeking a proactive and organised Freight Forwarder to join our Ocean/Air Operations team in Dublin. In this role, you will support the Air & Sea Supervisor by coordinating customer shipments, ensuring compliance, maintaining documentation, and providing exceptional service throughout the freight lifecycle. You will work closely with customers, subcontractors, and overseas agents to deliver operational efficiency and service excellence. What will you be doing?: Use company in‑house systems to complete all operational documentation and processes. Organise daily workflow to meet customer timeframes and delivery expectations. Communicate with customers to obtain shipment details and ensure their needs are met. Ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements. Maintain Customer Profiles and SOPs.
