The Director, HR Technology Solutions (HRTS) along with the VP of HRTS provides enterprise leadership for the strategy, governance, and delivery of HR technology platforms that enable StandardAero’s global workforce and business objectives. This role is accountable for defining and executing aspects of the HR technology roadmap, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant systems that support talent, payroll, workforce planning, analytics, and employee experience across a complex, multi-region environment. The Director partners closely with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to modernize HR capabilities, drive data-informed decision-making, and ensure reliable delivery of HR solutions and programs.
